The events at Canterbury present a unique opportunity for food, tack and other vendors. Showcase your products to our competitors and spectators at various events throughout the year.

Things you should know…

  1. Spaces are on a first come first served basis.
  2. Each Vendor Space is $35.00 per day.
  3. Vendors must provide their own table(s), chairs and tent.
  4. Power hookups will be given on a first come first serve basis as applications are received. Please specify in your request.
  5. All vendors are responsible for complying with all sales tax requirements.  Canterbury Showplace assumes NO responsibility in this regard.

Vendor Application

Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold Canterbury Showplace, and its officer, employees and agents, harmless from any and all loss, damage, claim for damage, liability, expense or cost, including attorneys’ fees which arise out of or is in any way connected with the Vendor’s temporary business exhibit/booth during the specified special event. This indemnification provision shall apply to any acts or omissions, willful misconduct or negligent misconduct, whether active or passive, on the part of Vendor or of Vendor’s employees,subcontractors or agents. Vendor is responsible for any insurance requirements required by the State of Florida's vendor ordinance(s)

Please fill out the following section as accurately as possible; inaccuracies may cause set‐up delays on the day of the event and may cause your booth to be shut down. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own heavy‐duty extension cords,UL‐approved for outdoor use, and must bring any necessary materials to tape down all exposed cords.
